Basic Functions

1. Reviews and carries out high-speed duplication work requests submitted to Reprographics from all areas of the Authority. 2. Under general supervision accepts high-speed duplication work requests and operates duplication equipment in order to complete work requests within established time frames. 3. Reviews all outgoing print jobs for compliance with established quality control guidelines and notifies the appropriate party of quality problems. 4. Monitors the inventory of supplies required for the operation of bindery/finishing area. Advises supervisor of supplies needed. 5. Assists with various bindery activities, including operation and maintenance of all equipment used in bindery operation to help meet production deadlines and quality standards. May perform a variety of other bindery and finishing functions. 6. Deliver paper supply throughout the Authority Headquarters building. Some heavy lifting involved. 7. Performs other related duties as assigned. SUMMARY Operates various high-speed duplication and bindery equipment in order to maintain established turnaround standards. Greets customers, answers telephones and assists in a variety of customer service functions for reprographics. Maintains the inventory of supplies for the bindery/finishing area. Performs a variety of other bindery and finishing functions.

Special Requirements

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record validated upon entry and in subsequent periodic reviews. Must pass forklift certification training within ninety (90) days upon entry and annually thereafter. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; lift.
