ATLANTA, Ga., July 26, 2022 — OUT Georgia Business Alliance has opened community nominations for the 2022 edition of its Most Influential LGBTQ+ Georgians list to be unveiled in September 2022.
“After we unveiled our first-ever Most Influential LGBTQ+ Georgians list in 2020, we’re coming back to the community for input and guidance as we build our 2022 version to highlight those who are using their influence to impact the lives of countless LGBTQ+ people, here in Georgia and beyond,” said Chris Lugo, OUT Georgia’s Executive Director.
2020 Most Influential Georgians List
LGBTQ+ Georgians are shaping education, technology, politics, business, healthcare, culture, entertainment, service, community, and many other areas critical to advancing a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment here in Georgia.
Now through August 31, OUT Georgia is asking the community to share your nominations for “Most Influential LGBTQ+ Georgians” who are making a true difference in the lives of others. Nominate a trailblazer who exemplifies integrity and progress through their leadership, voice, visibility, and action.
After submissions are received, a small committee will review and publish the 2022 Most Influential Georgians List in September 2022. If your organization is interested in sponsoring this effort, please reach out to Chris.Lugo@outgeorgia.org.
Most Influential Nominees should be Georgia residents from any category or sector and need not be an OUT Georgia Member. Nominations close August 31, 2022.
