OUT Georgia Business Alliance

Georgia's LGBTQIA+ Chamber of Commerce

As the business voice of Georgia’s LGBTQIA+ community and our allies, OUT Georgia represents small business, nonprofit, and corporate Members who share our commitment to advancing diversity, equity, accessibility, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace and in Georgia’s economy. We proudly serve as a connector across the Peach State, bringing Georgians together through economic empowerment and business opportunity, while promoting and engaging the community, advocating for small business and civil rights, and investing in grassroots organizations through the OUT Georgia Impact Fund.

What We Do

Advocacy

OUT Georgia stands at the intersection of pro-business, pro-2SLGBTQIA+, and pro-civil rights policy and legislation that we believe is good for business, good for the community, and good for ALL Georgians.

Through the lens of equity and justice, we advocate for small business and entrepreneurs, represent the voice of our Membership at the local and state level, and advance civil rights and inclusion through business.

Business

OUT Georgia connects Members to business and professional development resources to fuel growth, economic impact, and prosperity.

We provide accessible programming and training, connect LGBTQ+ Certified Business Enterprises (LGBTBEs) to corporate and government contracting, and promote progressive business policies and best practices.

Community

OUT Georgia builds a network of leaders and organizations to elevate peer-support and brand visibility, spotlight inspiring work, and drive meaningful impact across the State of Georgia.

In partnership with United Way of Greater Atlanta, we launched the OUT Georgia Impact Fund and invested $100,000 in small, grassroots nonprofits that serve 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and communities that need it most.
