Venue Check-In
As part of visitor check-in, all bags, purses, or briefcases are examined by x-ray machines and metal detectors when entering the lobby. Hand searches of bags and purses are left to the discretion of the Law Enforcement officers on duty. No firearms, knives, weapons of any kind, camcorders or cameras are allowed inside the building.

Photography
Taking photographs inside the Bank is strictly prohibited. Cell phones are permitted, but they may not be used to capture still or video photographic images.

Escort to Event Location
While on the premises, it is important that visitors are escorted in and out of the Bank by an FRB contact. Any visitors attending an event hosted at the Bank should be escorted in and out of the Bank by a staff member, assigned Bank escort for the event or the event host/contact (if available).

MARTA
Depart MARTA at the Midtown Station. Exit using the Federal Reserve Bank access at the north end of the station, taking the stairs or elevator to street level. Turn left onto 10th Street and walk east toward Peachtree Street. The Bank is across from the Margaret Mitchell House at the intersection of 10th and Peachtree Streets. Enter through the front entrance facing Peachtree Street (under the eagle).

Off-site Parking
Parking is NOT available at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. The Bank is located at 1000 Peachtree Street, in the block between 10th and 11th Streets in Midtown. Guests should expect to pay to park in neighboring public parking garages, decks, and open lots: Midtown Atlanta Parking

PROVIDED BY THE FED
Each day, Summit attendees will enjoy light breakfast options, a boxed lunch, coffee, and beverage refreshments offered by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. 

ADDITIONAL SUMMIT OPTION
If you prefer to grab your own snacks or beverages while at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the Midtown Ground internal convenient store is just steps away from OUT Georgia’s Summit location within the building. You will need a FRBA employeee escort, and please note that Midtown Ground is a CASHLESS store.

POWER CONNECT RECEPTION
Summit Registration includes access to the Power Connect closing networking reception to be help at Out Front Theatre Company 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, September 18. Summit attendees will get one (1) drink ticket and light bites. A cash bar will be available.

Professional Headshot Station Instructions

  1. Appointment and Timing
  • Confirm Your Slot (from Opening to Noon): Check your scheduled time for your headshot session and arrive a few minutes early.
  • From 12:30 to 4pm: Headshots will be taken on a first come first serve basis
  • Plan for Waiting: If there are multiple people ahead of you, be prepared for a brief wait.
  1. Attire and Grooming
  • Dress Appropriately: Wear attire that suits the tone of your headshot, keep in mind your branding at all times! (e.g., business casual, formal).
  • Color Choices: Opt for solid colors or subtle patterns. Avoid overly bright colors or busy patterns that may distract from your face.
  • Grooming: Ensure your hair is styled and facial hair (if any) is neat. Touch up makeup if you wear it.
  1. Personal Preparation
  • Hydrate and Rest: Get a good night’s sleep and drink water before your session to look refreshed.
  • Smile Practice: Practice your smile and posture in front of a mirror to ensure you feel confident and relaxed.
  1. During the Session
  • Be Punctual: Arrive at the headshot station a few minutes before your scheduled time and be ready for your session.
  • Communicate Preferences: Let the photographer know if you have any specific preferences or concerns about your headshot.
  • Follow Instructions: Listen to the photographer’s directions regarding posing and expressions to achieve the best results.
  1. After the Session
  • Review Photos: You will receive an online gallery with your pictures, please review your photos and select your favorite or discuss any adjustments. (Editing is not included)
  • Delivery: Your final selected headshot will be delivered to the same gallery.
  1. Additional Tips
  • Relax: Try to stay calm and relaxed. Confidence and ease often translate well in photos.
  • Feedback: If you’re unhappy with your headshot or need any corrections, communicate this promptly.

By following this checklist, you’ll be well-prepared for your event headshot session and can ensure that the process is smooth and stress-free!
